Staff Agreement for ZAMPTO STAFF, every zampto staffer is required to accept them, anyone who does not accept them cannot be staff.

• Any sharing of confidential information may result in a depex or other moderation action
• Being inactive for more than 1 week may result in a depex or other actions such as warn.
• The administration can depex anyone and confiscate all things obtained even without reason at any time.
• Abusing the role’s permissions can result in a depex
• When you become a staffer or in the future on Zampto, we are not required to provide you access to our systems.
• The staffer cannot ban a user for the first violation, but at least for the third (There may be exceptions if approved by a High Staff).
• The staffer does not have the right to receive and access Zampto earnings except in specific cases, as the earnings are used for the maintenance and development of the network.
• It is absolutely forbidden to steal data, be in malicious “squads” or those that offer services that may go against the law or terms of service, and other things of this kind.
• It is absolutely forbidden to use tools with the purpose or functions for activities against the Discord TOS or against the law (for example Gift Card code generators or Nuker and Raid Tools for Discord Servers).
• All things created or managed in the name of Zampto are the property of Zampto, there is no direct ownership (Only the founder has ownership of all Zampto property, as he owns Zampto.) over them, even if created by the staffer in question for/on behalf of Zampto, so even if you get depexed (removed from your staff role), you have no rights to the software or anything created.
