Rules for the Official Zampto Discord server, originally written in English, but you can translate them if you don’t know the English language.
In addition we wanted to remind you that all written things are forbidden to do and may result in Ban, Mute, Quarantine and Kick actions, in case of errors you can contact us at [email protected] or alem_x on discord.
Text Channels
- It is forbidden to send links of Discord Servers or other sites
- Spamming is prohibited
- Prohibited from publishing (sending) other people’s information without the permission of the person to whom it refers
Voice Channels
Note: The rules listed for voice channels are the basic ones, but Zampto STAFF assumes no responsibility for what can happen in a voice channel as a user by entering the voice chat accepts the risks, we intervene only in the case of violation of one of the rules, so if someone uses vulgar words, for example, we could choose not to intervene.
- It is forbidden to enter voice channels to disturb or shout
- Spamming in the text channels of voice channels is prohibited and also is prohibited from publishing (sending) other people’s information without the permission of the person to whom it refers in the text channels of voice chats
- Showing or sharing other people’s private information without that person’s permission is prohibited
Tickets (Support / High Staff)
Note: violation of one or more ticket rules can end with the ticket being closed or in a blacklist from ticket opening so you will no longer be able to open tickets.
- It is forbidden to open more than one ticket at the same time for the same reason
- Write only English or Italian in the ticket (We only offer support in these 2 languages at the moment)
- Don’t mention the staff more than 5 times
