Ban Appeal

If your account has been banned, you can request an unban by filling out the form linked below. Please ensure that you do not have any ad blockers or VPNs active, as they may interfere.

The form is intended for users who have been banned by our automatic system and those who have been banned manually, for example due to a violation of our terms of service.

Once you have completed the form, if your ban is approved, you will receive confirmation by email. If not, you will not be informed or contacted. On average, it takes one week.

Please note that if your ban was imposed by our automated system, it means that your account may have been flagged as suspicious, high risk, or other. This could easily be a mistake, so in order to access our services, you must fill out the form to request ‘approval’ of your account and therefore the revocation of the automatic ban by a member of our team.

When an account has one or more active bans, it will not be able to access its servers or anything else, as it cannot use the Dashboard.
