SFTP Connection Failure Error

The sftp-connection-failure error often happens if you are trying to access via SFTP or Web File Manager a server that is still being activated or installed, here is the complete list of causes:

1. Node problem
2. Incorrect credentials
3. Server in activation (Status: Pending or In-Progress)
4. Server under installation (Status: Pending, In-Progress or Active)

Often this problem resolves itself after a maximum of 15 minutes, when the server has been fully activated and installed, in case it persists open a ticket on our discord server or send an e-mail to [email protected]
