How to upgrade or downgrade?
To upgrade or downgrade your server plan, you can access the options through our billing platform. Typically, there will be a section or option specifically for managing your server subscription where you can select the desired upgrade or downgrade option. If you encounter any difficulties, our customer support team will be happy to assist you through the process.
Simply go to your server (from the billing platform) and click the “Upgrade / Downgrade” button. Then, select the plan you prefer. Afterward, the system will upgrade the performance of your server and restart it.
