Zampto Official Terms of Service for all Services
Payments
Supported payment methods:
- Credit Card
- Debit Card
- Prepaid Card
- Gift Card
To pay using a Paypal Account, prepaid, credit or debit card, it is necessary to select the PayPal option and then click the option to pay with a card.
To pay using a gift card, you can contact us by opening a ticket on our Discord server.
It is not always possible to pay using a Gift Card. To view the supported Gift Cards and up to what amount we accept them, visit the page in [link]
For refund disputes, you can open a ticket on our Discord server or contact us via email.
Refunds [store.zampto.net]
If you purchase a hosting service (or any subscription) you can request a refund in the following periods listed:
- If the payment was made less than 24 hours ago, and the refund request is made within 25 hours following the payment, you are eligible for a 100% refund of the total amount paid in the last 24 hours.
- If the payment was made less than 48 hours ago, and the refund request is made within 49 hours following the payment, you are eligible for a 60% refund of the total amount paid in the last 48 hours.
- If the payment was made less than 72 hours ago, and the refund request is made within 73 hours following the payment, you are eligible for a 30% refund of the total amount paid in the last 24 hours.
- If the payment was made more than 72 hours ago, you are no longer eligible for any refund. (Only if there are valid issues and the refund is requested within 86 hours of the payment, you may receive if our team approves a 35% refund of the total payment made in the last 85 hours. Our team has the right to refuse the refund even without a valid reason if requested after 73 Hours following the payment)
Price Changes or Contracts
We reserve the right to change our prices or contracts on a monthly or any other duration basis without prior notice, the same applies to our percentage of taxes we add (General Tax), future changes in prices or times are accepted by the user without dispute or prior notice of the changes.
Terminations and Suspensions of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any service offered by us, even if paid for, in cases of service abuse, use for illegal activities or against our terms of service, violations of the law while using the service, unpaid or unrenewed service.
Notes:
- Some minecraft plugins or custom jar servers may not work
- We do not officially support only premium Minecraft servers, we only support those that are also for cracked users
- We may suspend and terminate hosting for Violations (Non-compliance) with confidential agreements or treaties such as free hosting offers in exchange for sponsors (more information contact us)
- You cannot create more than one billing account
- It is forbidden to install miners or other similar systems.
Suspensions and Terminations of Servers on the Hosting Service
Our billing system automatically suspends a server as soon as the credits used for payment every hour are depleted or insufficient. To reactivate the server, simply purchase additional necessary credits and wait for a period ranging from 5 minutes to 2 working days, then contact us via email, ticket on the Discord server, or by opening a ticket on the hosting platform if nothing happens within 2 days.
If a server has been suspended for at least 5 days, it will be deleted, and the data will be lost.
Within 5 days from when your server is suspended you have time (4-5 Days) to open a ticket on billing or on the discord server to request data, if you buy more coins your server will be re-enabled within a maximum of 3 days
We reserve the right to suspend, create, or terminate any server without providing reasons, explanations, or prior notice.
Zampto Accounts & Services
Zampto accounts and related services are designed to ensure high quality online services, however anyone violating our terms may result in the suspension or termination of your zampto account, and consequently the loss of all data related to it, Zampto Accounts Terms:
- Use of the services for purposes against the law. It is not allowed
- Use of bugs or back-doors in our services for personal purposes or any other purpose not authorized by us. It is not allowed
- Having more than one account for a single person is not authorized. It is not allowed
- Taking actions to degrade the experience, such as attempting to increase site loading times or spamming post and get requests. It is not allowed
- Hacking, stealing, or entering other people’s accounts without their permission. It is not allowed
We are not responsible if one or more of our systems/services are hacked and data is published online, by using our services you take responsibility for your data.
It is not possible to delete your Zampto Account.
We reserve the right to remove or suspend any form on Zampto Forms, which displays inappropriate content or even without a valid reason.

We reserve the right to change our terms of service at any time and make them effective at any time without notice, by using any of our services or making any payment to us you accept these terms, and you confirm that you accept any future changes to our terms even without notice
